Shipping and
Delivery Time:
Custom
Wig Orders - Upon completion we will ship your custom wig via
Priority mail for U.S. orders and International Express for international orders. Average
completion time for a custom wig is 25-30 days. You will be notified when
your order ships and provided with a shipment tracking number. A signature will
be required upon delivery.
Stock
Wig Orders - Your stock wig will ship within 48 hours of payment clearance
and posting unless otherwise noted. If you pay via credit card
please note that depending on your bank, it can take 1 to 3 business
days for your payment to post. We ship via Priority mail for
U.S. orders and International Express for international orders. You will be notified when your order
ships and provided with a shipment tracking number. A signature will
be required upon delivery.
International Buyers - We ship to many countries, US territories,
and military APO addresses. The only payment methods we accept for
international orders are Paypal and Google Check-out. Please note
that your packages may be subject to the customs
fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
If applicable, any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility
of the recipient. Celebrity Hair And Beauty is unable to determine custom
fees in advance. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We
cannot ship liquid hair adhesives internationally.
Shipping and Billing Address
The
billing address must match the shipping address. We cannot ship to an
address that is different from the billing address. This applies to
both National and International orders. This is to help prevent fraudulent
orders. No Exceptions!
P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You must have a physical
address.
Our business
hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am -6:00pm eastern standard time. So
if your order is placed in the evening or on the weekend, please keep
in mind that it will not be received until the next business day.
