How To Order Your Custom Full Lace Wig

Step 1: Take your head measurements: How To Measure

Step 2: Familiarize yourself with all of the custom lace wig options that are available: Wig Options

Step 3: Choose a wig style

• Browse our various wig style galleries

• Click the "Buy/More info" button located beneath the wig picture to purchase and/or get more information about the wig.

• Once you are on the info page for your desired wig all you have to do to purchase the wig is click the "Order Now" button and you will be taken to the custom order form for that wig.

Step 4: Custom Order Form: Complete the order form by selecting all of your custom options. Some options may have an additional fee such as longer hair lengths or higher densities. If there is an additional fee for any option that you select the additional fee amount will be stated next to the option.

Step 5: To submit the completed order form just click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button located at the end of the order form. You will be taken to your shopping cart where you will be able to confirm your order and input your shipping address and payment information.

You will be able to pay for your order using any of the following payment methods:  Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Google Check-out.

Please Note: Custom made wigs are designed to fit your specific head measurements and as such we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund once construction of your wig has begun. If you have a problem with your wig after you receive it please refer to our return/exchange policy.

Your wig order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Average completion time for a custom full lace wig is 25- 30 days.
